Note to self: Pamper feet tomorrow.
Today was a long and tiring day for us. Firstly, because of that dumb film appreciation project, I (we) had to rush to my home and do the report because the dumb paper wasn't with me. Anyway I am certain that my report is going to end up in the recycle bin. Nonetheless, I (we) still did the work.
Up till now we haven't even gotten a single powerpoint slide from her. How the hell do we know what are we going to present tomorrow?!
It's really not our fault that this project had been bottle-necked. To tell the truth, we submitted our 'findings' about the movie on Sunday. Can you believe that it was only today that she told us that the 'findings' we found were not sufficient? I was pretty pissed and was thinking: "So that means that you threw our file aside till now?"
Ah, I'm pretty tired to go on with this nonesense. Anyway this will be over tomorrow and there wouldn't be any FA group project anymore, FOREVER.

Today was the first time I trim my eyebrows. I'd always wanted to do it but I couldn't pluck up my courage and ask for this service. Encouraged by my dear, I decided to have a go at Citylink Missha at an affordable $7.
I was pretty embarrassed by having to sit in the brightly lit shop with all the other people browsing at the products. However, this embarrassment was disapated once I closed my eyes. The girl helping me trim the eyebrows was gentle and pretty skillful. She told me that it won't hurt one bit. I closed my eyes trustingly and let her do the job, hoping that it will be a job well-done.
The sound of shaving of hair was heard. Truthfully I was scared as well. I was like, oh my god she's using a blade?! (Excuse my naiveness) Will it cut me and will I bleed to death?
A long time (I believe) passed. She trimmed the longer brow hairs with a scissors and it was done. I couldn't believe my eyes. My brows looked so tiny!
Overall it was still a good experience. I will go back there again.

Darned weather.
It was still bright and sweltering this morning and early afternoon. I was hoping to, at least, dash around the sport complex to curb my increasing mass of fat concentrated at my waist. Alas, my hopes were dashed. Dark and omious clouds began to form during mid-afternoon. Even though it didn't rain (or did it?), I didn't went for a jog.
I'm becoming an overweight woman. Curse the rain!

This morning, I joined my fellow Tiong Bahru residents in the big line-up for...
... TODAY newspapers.
I have 8 a.m. lessons every Thursday and Friday morning for the whole of this semester. I have to take the train, obviously, before the clock struck 8. And every Thursday and Friday morning, I would see a loooooooooooooooooooooooong queue in the MRT station itself, snaking around the pillars and other unmovable objects.
This morning, as I was descending from the escalator, I saw the end of the queue. This was the longest queue I've ever seen since the start of this semester. Since it's still early, and I'm sure that Jia Hao wouldn't be arriving that soon, I stood at the end of the queue. The moment I stood there, the people in front of me started to move. I was like, eh? Such a good timing. No need wait too long. I followed my fellow comrades as we snaked around the pillars like dragon, and finally got to the starting point. I glanced back. There were even more people behind me now. I quickly took a newspaper and went through the barrier.
To this point I was still wondering, what's so good about this mini newspaper? Why are people queueing up for it? Is this the Singaporean sprite? Queueing up for free things? Maybe. I wouldn't know for sure.
